Truck Stop Rehabilitation Management, LLC ("TRM") is seeking qualified companies to enter into a strategic business relationship whereby TRM’s joint venture partners may establish a Travelers Medical Center on one or more of our pre-selected locations with only a moderate investment and reduced exposure to risk. Travelers Medical Centers offer medical care to the trucking industry. Our business model, internet-based electronic medical records system and our pre-selected locations will permit us and our joint venture partners to enjoy early profitability and success.

TRM is offering this opportunity so that we can rapidly expand our network of medical clinics.

TRM offers qualified joint venture partners a packaged turnkey business opportunity at moderate capital investment. The Travelers Medical Center package features Medical, Chiropractic, and Massage Therapy services linked to a paperless Internet-based Medical Records System. Joint Venture Partners have access to our base of customers across the country. A potential joint venture partner should have a medical doctor or a chiropractor as a partner in the entity to be considered for participation.

The Investment Required for the Joint Venture

The investment varies somewhat depending on the level of involvement by the joint venture partner and the size and location of the market. Typically we are looking for an investment which will be discussed in person with the potential Joint Venture entity. The advantage of the turnkey approach to our joint venture partners is in the quick startup at a lower overall cost and the ability to utilize our medical records network of truck drivers and other travelers, as well as being a participant in our marketing system. The Joint Venture Partner provides the capital to pay for the startup and TRM provides the systems to make the venture a success. TRM receives an operation fee and then shares in the profits generated by the joint venture entity.

There are many revenue streams in the business. Each revenue stream represents a portion of our strategic plan. TRM will be pleased to provide specifics about our multiple revenue streams upon entering into a confidentiality agreement with a qualified joint venture participant.
